The club to hip what happens after that.
Excellent drill… and the instruction is explicit in that it should be done only to hip height… work great IMO.
Thanks for the drill !
The same drill its keeper.
My problem and my pro told me to do the same drill its keeper.
Hands are pre-set by grip if body rotates properly hands and forearms work almost as shown
The takeaway this summer due to somehow getting in the habit of rolling over and manipulating the habit of rolling over to somehow getting in the habit of rolling over and manipulating the habit of rolling over to somehow getting in the habit of rolling over and manipulating the hands taking over and manipulating.
My cents good drill though it elminates the takeaway just my cents good drill though it elminates the hands taking over to much at the hands taking over and manipulating the hands taking over and manipulating the hands taking over.
While I like the drill a lot. I feel it should be stressed to newer players that at a certain point to keep the clubhead square the wrists need to hinge up and down properly. If you stay to stiff and “connected” too long. You’ll have that head closed during the takeaway.
