I know Titleist has a general policy and it’s substantial, but I don’t know how generous it is. Do they pay cost? Even less?

A lot of times, the discount is huge. If the teaching pro is well known enough, their clubs are probably provided free of charge. So long as the pro where’s that respective company’s logos. Less well-known pros probably get it at half off.
