I work at a golf resort that is in the process of major construction and will be adding many more townhomes/ cabins. We currently do not have telephones in our rooms and were wondering if this is a requirement in Minnesota.
As far as I know, having a telephone in each guestroom is not a requirement by law. It is an amentity that most guests think of as standard so it may come as a surprise when they don’t find one in their room. For service reasons, you may want to at least have phone service from the rooms to the front desk.
