I train 8 hours a day for frisbee golf. It’s such an intense sport, should I train more?

Golf Training
Tom Cruise asked:

I usually run for 2 hours, spar for 3 hours then lift weight for 2 hours before getting in an hour of throwing.

Should I increase the sparring?

Also, I notice that while I actually shave and shower daily, most of my competition doesn’t. Should I reduce the showering down to once a week?

God Bless you and honestly, God Bless the United States!

you should reduce it to once every two weeks for the upper hand. and practice more! practice makes perfect.

Based on the information I just received, maybe you know the answer to this question I’ve been pondering over for years….

How’s the second half of Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side Of The Moon”? I’m always too stoned by the Breathe Reprise to remember.

    Thanks in advance.

I get it, it’s a trick question. Should you train more? No, you should train less. 8 hours a day is nuts. And the sparing and running and lifting weights… forget it. Practice throws over and over… like every other sport, “drills.” Experiment with different ways to throw, each in different winds and humidities, and through different landscaping. I’ve played Disc Golf for years, played all around Chicago, and was treated to the Course in San Diego underneath the zoo… and I don’t work out, I don’t spar, I don’t run, I don’t lift weights… what I do is go out on courses and have fun practicing throws over and over until I can consistently get identical results over and over “on command.” ENJOY the sport… it sounds to me like your about 2 steps away from burning out, and that’s a bad thing.
